Praslin Rocky Bay Villa is located in a small secluded bay on the east coast of Praslin about twenty minutes drive from Praslin Jetty or thirty-five minutes from Praslin Airport. The property is probably one of the most unique on Praslin as it is set into the granitic hillside amidst lush vegetation sits literally on stilts at the waters very edge, it is possible to tie your dingy up alongside! From the broad verandas and panoramic windows the whole vista of this beautiful bay can be enjoyed in unbelievably tranquil surroundings.

UNFORTUNATELY this property is temporailly NOT AVAILABLE. The accommodation is small enough to be enjoyed by a close group or large enough to afford solitude when and if required. Only the bedrooms have air-conditioning but with wide sliding floor to ceiling windows, ceiling fans and the breeze from the sea keep the main villa refreshingly cool. The property also boast a fully functional kitchen (local chef is available to prepare meals if required) TV, CD, DVD and Internet access and a pair of binoculars.
To enjoy this property and Praslin properly a car (or significant boat) is highly recommended.
