Thursday, January 31st, 2008We learn this week that foreign nationals visiting Seychelles are being advised that they are now obliged to pay for food and beverages consumed in any restaurant located outside a hotel, in foreign exchange.
Foreign nationals are also reminded that payment for the following services: car hire, boat charter, ferry or air transportation, fishing, diving and all excursions offered by local companies, board and lodging and all services provided by hotels and other accommodation establishments and entrance fees for reserves and marine parks, must also be paid in foreign exchange.
